Premium and Enterprise clients don't see any display ads in the software — no ads in the crew directory, no ads in the dashboard. Standard clients see ads from vendors and other advertisers.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your ads are paused (not deleted), so your creative is preserved. Job listings remain visible until they expire. If you re-subscribe later, your ads reactivate instantly with the same targeting and creative.
