Description Our newly remodeled facility would be great for casting - or short/long term production offices - when you need a nice comfy space in the D/FW area. We have 7 offices and meeting spaces of various sizes - and can accommodate up 50 people, along with great shared facilities such as a reception/waiting area, large kitchen, parking, bathrooms, etc. - all super nice and well priced. This recently remodeled suite of spacious offices and meeting space – is perfect for casting - or production offices - since we have a very convenient location – near I-35, I-635 and George Bush Freeway in North Dallas area. Our building is in a quiet area – so very safe for kids, families, etc. - and there is PLENTY of well-lit free parking. And, unlike some co-working space – we’d enjoy your bustling casting sessions and all night production offices. We don’t mind the crowds or the crazy hours. Check out the website we’ve built - we want to make the place appealing to casting directors and film companies whenever space in our area is needed. I’m not hung up on long term rentals at all. I’m happy to have people use it for short term projects.
